    Dear Patients,

We hope you are well and keeping safe in these unprecedented times.

As many of you are aware, we are no longer able to provide routine dental treatment due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

    Our Oral Health Care Advice

Here at Claydon Dental, we would like to provide you with some general oral health advice to help keep your teeth, gums and oral health in top condition until we can see each other again:

    • Brush your teeth twice a day with Fluoride toothpaste for at least 2 minutes at a time, to keep your teeth and mouth healthy

    • Floss or use inter-dental brushes every day to remove food, debris and plaque that may have become lodged between your teeth

    • Try to avoid sugary foods and drinks as much as possible. Try some healthier alternatives when snacking such as popcorn, cheese and plain yogurt

    • Drink more water. This can help wash out some of the negative effects of sticky and acidic foods and beverages in between brushes

For dental emergencies please contact the Practice, where we can advise you on the best course of action.

    Yours Sincerely,

    Claydon Dental
